Now accepting presenter proposals for 2017



Our chapter has been recognized by our international charter organization with the award of "Sharing Our Success (SOS)".


The mission  of the ATD SOS program is to foster strong, healthy chapters and promote synergy through rewarding and recognizing chapters that share their best  practices with other chapters. 


The strategic planning process has been the latest Detroit ATD recognition.

As every January ... our ATD chapter 

will have an opportunity to 

celebrate and learn.


In January our meeting will be a structured knowledge share led by local experts from the local ATD Detroit community.

The attendees will have an opportunity to exchange information, knowledge and questions with other members and guests in 3 of the topic areas identified for that meeting.


You will be participating in each "exchange" for about 20 minutes, and then rotating to the next topic of your choice.

We have a Chapter Incentive Program, also known as ChIP.


If you, as a member of ATD Detroit, purchase anything from ATD such as membership, books, Infoline,  subscription, conferences, or anything else, use our ChIP Code 5014 and the chapter will get a financial incentive from ATD.


The ChIP code must be entered at the time of purchase for our local chapter to benefit.

ATD Detroit achieved 100% of the CARE (formerly CORE) compliance requirements for this year. 


ATD Chapter Affiliation Requirements (CARE) are a set of performance guidelines designed to help chapters deliver consistent benefits to members. 


CARE consists of elements in five key areas that are necessary for running a chapter like a business: administration, financial, membership, professional development, and communication.
